We’ve attached a video guide showing how to earn and redeem your

Here's a written explanation to how to redeem your Loyality Points:

  1. For every dollar spent on an event ticket, you'll receive 1 loyalty point. The more events you attend, the more points you collect.

     

  2. Simply log into your account on our website in the upper right-hand corner to see how many points you've earned. Continue to "My Rewards".

     

  3. Once you reach 160 points, or after buying 4 tickets, you'll get your 5th ticket free. Select "Get Coupon," then "Redeem."

     

  4. You'll receive a coupon code to copy and use when checking out. After clicking "Redeem," your points balance will reset to zero.

     

  5. Go to the Events page and select the sound bath event you'd like to attend. After filling out your contact information and agreeing to our policies, you can apply your coupon code in the top right corner of the checkout screen. This will take $40 off the total.

     

  6. Complete the checkout, and you have now redeemed your loyalty points!
