We are excited to collaborate with Jamie Stouch, the founder of Inner Essence Oasis, for this special healing session! Jamie will be providing reiki and leading a Nidra yoga session for us. 

The journey will begin with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra to gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation, followed by 45-60 minutes of Reiki and a Sound Bath by Gigi. We will conclude with another 10-15 minutes of Yoga Nidra to bring you back into your body, and then we will open the room to reflect afterwards.
