ABOUT THIS EVENT:

We welcome you to a Singing Bowls of the Rockies experience! 

This is an opportunity for you to rest and relax. Find peace in the resonant frequencies of singing bowls, chimes, drums, flute, and many other instruments as Gigi leads you through a restorative sound bath. While lying down, we will begin our experience with a brief guided meditation, followed by a sound bath desgined to help release any old energy that no longer serves you. 

WHAT TO BRING: Dress comfortably and bring water. There will be mats available but if possible, please bring your own blanket, pillow, and bed sheet for both your comfort and for covid precautions. We can provide these items for an extra $3.
