Guided by Dr. Gigi Turner, PsyD, Dave Patrick, and Steve Manzo, this sound bath harnesses the cave’s natural acoustics to envelop you in vibrations that calm the mind, relax the body, and restore balance.

IMPORTANT INFO: - 𝗧𝗼 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: A camping chair or yoga mat is 𝙧𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 to be comfortable on the hard floor. Bring water, warm clothing/blankets/sleeping bag as the cave can reach 50 degrees! - 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀: If you bought tickets for others, please tell them what to bring! - 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: The walk from the parking lot to the cave entrance is not very short. - 𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮: Wait in the gift shop until a leader brings you into the cave.
